Tumbling
Our Recreational Tumbling Program is a fun and engaging class designed for gymnasts who enjoy dynamic movement, strength and skill development centred around the floor apparatus. This program is perfect for children looking to build confidence, coordination and tumbling ability in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
We offer Beginner and Intermediate classes, allowing gymnasts to be placed in a group that best suits their current skill level.
-
Beginner Tumbling focuses on foundational skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges and basic balance and body control. This class runs on Saturdays from 12:30 - 1:30 pm.
-
Intermediate Tumbling builds on these foundations, introducing more advanced skills such as walkovers, handsprings, round-offs, and other connected tumbling sequences. This class runs on Saturdays from 1:30 - 3:00 pm.
Classes utilise the sprung floor, air track and trampoline to support safe skill progression. Our Advanced qualified coaches prioritise correct technique, enjoyment and individual progress throughout each lesson.
This recreational program is ideal for gymnasts to do alongside their current NG&SC classes. However, all are welcome.
