GfA Teams is a recreational gymnastics program for all genders between the ages of 5.5 – 10 years old that incorporates elements of all gymnastics disciplines with a focus on our floor and team based gymsports. Taught in a fun and safe environment, this program allows participants to get a taste of all the gymsports we offer including Acrobatics, Rhythmic gymnastics, Aerobics, Cheerleading along with the traditional vault, bars, rings, beam, and floor. We focus on the fundamental movement patterns that will help children to then progress into more advanced skills or activities. The GfA Teams program provides a pathway for children to explore all aspects of gymnastics before deciding what gymsport to progress into when moving up to the next level.
